Combines the rug check (who holds the Uniswap v4 liquidity, or the Pons bonding-curve fill), liquidity pulls after buyer bursts, the pre-call flags if the token was called (ran >= 3x before the post, same-block wallet cluster, < 30 min old), the token's age, and our desk's own last trade and shadow outcome on it.
